Sale Mountain Refuge:

The Refuge at 2400 meters high, It offers the services of a first-level quality kitchen, reception, transport; all in a unique setting in an area with 210 km of ski slopes.
The property consists of :
-3 Hectares of land;
-1 Accommodation (bar-restaurant, rooms) to 630 sq.m..
-within The ground are 2 alpine lakes of rare beauty.
-Full Properties of the landing of the chairlift that connects the district and is one of the strategic points for the return from the slopes that during periods of high turnout of nearly 14.000 day passes.
The refuge is open 8 months a year, It is a completely renovated and meets all the sanitary regulations.
The facility is equipped with a sustainable bio-mass that can be run directly from a smart-phone.

-rifacimento total sanitation in accordance to architectural barriers;
-ampliamento local and technical services;
-ampliamento boiler renewal and bio-mass boilers;
-rifacimento outdoor areas.

The completion of the renovation work will be carried out in 'current season (2014) summer and includes the following measures already designed and of licensed:
-realization spa bath of about 10 square meters with views of the Matterhorn and Monte Rosa;
-realization mini-spa of approx 25/30;
-ampliamento the cabin of approx 10 sq.m..

In economic-financial company it is in constant growth, especially following the creation of the rooms done in 2009.

We can expect in the future a greater increase especially for the summer season, certainly encouraged by the creation of the well-being and with the completion of work that last season has somewhat tarnished the refuge from its total beauty.
